Game description
Personally, this kind of game doesn’t usually interest me. But Pokopia combines player creativity, a captivating story, irresistible progression that makes it hard to put down, and truly incredible depth. It won me over. I want to continue exploring Pokopia to discover everything it has to offer, and so far, I haven’t been disappointed. Pokémon Pokopia NSP ROM is a casual life simulation game that brilliantly combines Pokémon, open-world building, and a life simulation that can keep you hooked for dozens of hours.
You start the game as a Ditto (a basic “normal” Pokémon that changes form) who wakes up in a world where all humans have disappeared, leaving behind only ruined villages. You take on human form (or almost) and set about rebuilding what once existed, hoping to attract more Pokémon and, in time, perhaps even a few humans to live with.
Aesthetically, this means you play as a human child with a slightly unsettling smile. In practical terms, this means all your farming and village-building skills include classic Pokémon attacks like Cut, Strength, and Surf, learned from a different Pokémon and copied from Ditto.
The best thing about Pokopia is that every Pokémon in your village (and you’ll raise several in different biomes throughout the game) speaks your language and has its own personality. There are no battles in Pokopia. The dialogue in Pokopia is surprisingly funny. I found it particularly hilarious when a Magikarp inserts the word “I” into almost every sentence for no apparent reason.
