Fire Emblem: Three Houses NSP, players take on the role of Byleth, a professor at the prestigious Officer’s Academy in the Garreg Mach monastery. At this military academy, three great student houses represent the major kingdoms of the continent of Fódlan, and it is up to the player to choose which one to lead and train for the challenges ahead. Each house has students with unique personalities, histories, and abilities.

Throughout the game, the player can train the students, strengthen relationships, and develop their skills, preparing them for strategic battles that will decide the future of the continent. The combat system maintains the traditional style of turn-based tactical battles, where positioning, strategy, and the correct use of classes are essential to victory. During battles, characters can evolve into new classes, learn special skills, and utilize different types of weapons and magic.

Beyond the battles on the battlefield, the game features a strong focus on character interactions, important decisions, and multiple story paths, where each choice can influence events and the fate of the different nations of Fódlan. Fire Emblem: Three Houses combines deep strategy, engaging narrative, and character development, offering a rich and immersive experience on the Nintendo Switch.
